Last year, after heavy rains, the interior of our house sustained damage because of our damaged roof.
We had replaced the roof 10 years prior, going with a company which offered the lowest bid.
That was our error, as that company, which is now out of business, cut corners and did a sub-standard job, resulting in our having to replace our roof.
After the adjustor from the insurance company assessed the damage, we researched roofers and obtained 3 bids.
We were most impressed by Mike Brito, owner of Shadowcrest Roofing. Not only was his assessment of the job more thorough, his explanation of what needed to be done and how he was going to do it, was most impressive and reassuring. Additionally, all of his staff from the workers at my home to the people on the phone were all very friendly, pleasant and professional to work with.
We are extremely happy and satisfied with how Shadowcrest Roofing performed.
The project was completed on time and the quality of the work excellent.

I actually got home as they were finishing, very happy with the work. They were very professional and it looks extremely secure from down here and I am comfortable that I will be in a dry house this upcoming week. I truly appreciate the expediency in your response (I know there are a lot of priorities at this time).
